Effective Date: August 27, 2023

1. General Provisions and Introduction

This Privacy Policy establishes the procedure for processing and protecting information within RISK MITIGATION EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AND SECURITY AGENCY LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency"). We take the protection of the private lives of our clients, employees, and partners with the utmost seriousness. In the fields of Executive Protection and security services, data confidentiality is an inherent and critical component of our operational activities.

This document provides detailed information regarding the types of data we collect, how we utilize it, and the rigorous measures we undertake to ensure its absolute security. By engaging with our services or entering into a service agreement, you acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Categories of Information Collected

In the course of our operations, we may request and process the following types of information:

Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Full legal names, dates of birth, social security numbers (where applicable for background checks), photographs, and biometric data required for advanced access control systems.

Contact Information: Telephone numbers, email addresses, physical residential and registration addresses, as well as contact details for designated emergency representatives.

Operational and Logistic Data: Information regarding travel routes, trip itineraries, daily schedules, visited locations, and client contact lists necessary for planning protection measures and comprehensive risk mitigation.

Technical and Systemic Information: Video surveillance footage from protected perimeters, audio control recordings (in high-security zones), electronic key logs, and vehicle monitoring system data (GPS tracking).

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing

Data processing is conducted on lawful grounds, including the fulfillment of contractual obligations and the pursuit of legitimate security interests. We utilize information for several primary objectives:

Primarily, to directly provide security and protection services, including the development of security master plans, threat assessment, and rapid incident response. Secondarily, for conducting comprehensive Due Diligence on personnel and counterparties to eliminate internal threats. Thirdly, for administrative purposes, including billing, client reporting, and managing access permissions to secured assets and facilities.

4. Information Security and Storage Protocols

The Agency implements the most stringent information security standards. All digital information is stored in encrypted formats using protocols that meet or exceed government data protection standards. Access to operational information is strictly limited by the "Need-to-Know" principle—only personnel directly assigned to the protection of a specific individual or facility possess access to the relevant data.

Hard copy documents are maintained in high-security repositories with restricted physical access. We regularly perform system stress tests and conduct specialized training for our staff on countering social engineering tactics and industrial espionage.

5. Third-Party Data Disclosure

Disclosure of information to third parties is categorically prohibited, except where explicitly required by law or necessary to ensure the immediate safety of the client. We may disclose data to law enforcement agencies exclusively upon receipt of an official court order or in emergency circumstances where a delay could pose a direct threat to life or health. Any subcontractors engaged for specialized tasks undergo rigorous vetting and sign legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

6. Rights of Data Subjects

You retain the right to receive information regarding the specific data concerning you that is stored by the Agency. Upon your formal request, we can facilitate the correction of personal data or its destruction, provided that such actions do not conflict with legal requirements governing the record-keeping of private security enterprises. To exercise these rights, a written request must be submitted to our Security Compliance Division.

7. Amendments and Contact Information

The Agency reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version shall be deemed effective from the moment of its publication or communication to clients via secured communication channels.
